Custom Quilts

I can create an entire quilt, from start to finish for you! Just because you are not a quilter, doesn’t mean you can’t have beautiful custom quilts in your home. You can choose from the simple patterns below, supply the fabric and backing, then you and I will thoroughly collaborate, building the perfect quilt to fit your bed and décor.

The pricing for custom quilts is calculated at a rate of $25/hour for my sewing the quilt top, and then the regular quilting and binding prices are added. Use the calculator below to see how that works.

Call me at (907) 521-0316 or email me at RebekahQuilts@gmail.com if you have any questions or to schedule a time to chat about your custom project!

Whole Quilt Calculator

Custom Whole Quilt

Use this calculator to get an idea of the pricing for having a whole custom quilt made from start to finish.  Since this is a custom item and it is impossible to predict the exact amount of time needed to make the top, the result here will only be an estimate.  A final price will be agreed upon after we can thoroughly chat about how you want your quilt to look.

  • A price estimate will be generated for your project before beginning.  Half of the estimated cost will be due at the beginning of the project, and the rest will be due after the top has been completed, when the final total hours spent making the top are finalized and a final invoice can be generated. Contact me if you have any questions.
  • You will need to purchase the fabric and backing.  I will guide you on the amounts needed and advice on the fabric type.  See this page for some info. >>>
  • Measure the length and width of the finished quilt size.  Think about whether you’d like to have the quilt reach halfway down the bed, or all the way to the floor, or whether you want to pull it up over the pillows, etc.
  • The pre-loaded options below are for a twin-sized quilt with 1 matching pillow sham. Enter your measurements and options for your project!

Here are some examples of simple patterns that I have done. The simple patterns are the quickest to piece together making the hours needed are less and your price is reduced. Maybe you have a nice printed panel fabric that you’d like turned into a quilt. Another option is to just quilt a whole piece of fabric without any piecing! Those can be very beautiful as well. As you can see, I’m not afraid of more intricate patterns too. They just take longer. The options are really limitless. If you see a cool design, let me know and we’ll get started on your order.
